About

PediaMed AI is a pediatric AI research lab building interpretable vision and multimodal models for early detection and clinician-readable explanations. We work with pediatricians, hospitals, and academic collaborators to make sure the tools we build are both technically rigorous and useful at the bedside.

Our mission #

Pediatric medicine deserves the same generation of AI tools as oncology and radiology — designed for the bodies, faces, and rare diseases of children. We are building those tools with clinicians, for children. Our work focuses on calibration and interpretability, pediatric-specific vision models, and openly released datasets and tooling.

Our partners #

We collaborate with Shenzhen Children’s Hospital, New York University, the University of Virginia, and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. These partnerships shape what we build and where it is validated.
